Honors: All-ACC Academic Team (2025)

2025: Appeared in all 20 contests… Scored four goals paired with an assist for five points… Picked up three ground balls, forced three turnovers and earned seven draw controls... Named to the All-ACC Academic Team.

High School: Comes to Durham from Darien, Conn., where she attended Darien High School... As a midfielder, she owns 97 goals, 37 assists, 41 ground balls, 100 draw controls and 12 caused turnovers over the last three years... During her junior year, she was named an All-American and Connecticut state champion... She has collected numerous All-State honors and also lettered in soccer... She was named to the 2023 U18 USA National Development Team and was ranked a five-star recruit by Inside Lacrosse in 2022.

Personal: Born October 14, 2005... Daughter of Jeremiah and Suzanne Stafford... Has two siblings: Jeremiah and Colton... Her mother played soccer and lacrosse at Brown.
