High School: Whitaker, a middie from Wayne, Pa., spent the past four years lettering for Episcopal Academy... Over that span, she totaled 197 goals, 50 assists, 231 draw controls, 113 ground balls and 117 caused turnovers... As a freshman, she was named the Pennsylvania Area Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association (PASLA) Rookie of the Year and earned second-team All-Delaware County (All-Delco) honors after scoring 34 goals, distributing three assists, recording 38 draw controls, collecting 22 ground balls and forcing 19 turnovers... From her sophomore through senior seasons, she earned first-team All-Delco recognition and garnered All-America honors from USA Lacrosse... Whitaker had an impressive senior season, tallying a career-high 62 goals, 15 assists, 63 draw controls, 38 ground balls and 33 caused turnovers... Following her standout campaign, she was named the Philly Lacrosse Player of the Year and the Delco Player of the Year.
