2009-10: Ran a personal-best 25:12 over 8K to place 16th at the Great American Cross Country Festival ... finished 70th at the Panorama Farms Invitational in 25:35.91 ... helped Duke secure back-to-back IC4A Championships ... indoors, clocked a personal-best 2:31.41 for 1,000m to finish 15th at the Virginia Tech Classic ... also competed in the mile, running a personal-best 4:24.55 at the ACC Championships in Blacksburg, Va. ... during the outdoor season, ran the 1,500m on three occasions ... best performance in the event came at the Duke Invitational, where he clocked 4:05.14.

2008-09: Made his Duke cross country debut at the Lou Onesty Invitational on Sept. 6, clocking 26:44.92 ... Placed fifth at the Hagan Stone Classic on Oct. 6 ... did not compete during either the indoor or outdoor season.
