Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk of the personal injury and property loss during use of this ticket. Holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the games of baseball, softball, lacrosse, or other sporting events that arise prior to, during, or after the game. Such risks and dangers include, but are not limited to, being injured by bats, balls or other objects that have been thrown, batted, kicked, or otherwise set in motion. Holder agrees that Duke University and its employees, student-athletes, agents, and affiliates are not liable for injuries resulting from such foreseeable risks or dangers.
