Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Prior to game day, please feel free to reach out to our disabilities coordinators at 919-668-1282 to help make arrangements for your visit or if you have any special needs, questions or concerns regarding our accessibility and accommodations.
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Cameron Indoor Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
Assistive listening devices are available on game day for those in need. Guests needing assistive listening devices should contact event staff and ask them to contact Game Operations with their seat location. Once the request is received, game day operations will deliver the device to the guest at his/her seat. Postgame, please contact event staff so the device can be returned to Game Operations.
A Duke Federal Credit Union ATM is located by the Johnson Family Team Store located at in the Scott Family Athletic Performance Center. The ATM only dispenses cash ($20 increments) and does not take deposits. Guests who need access to the ATM should go to Rubenstein Pavilion for assistance and re-entry accommodations.
All bags and purses must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” – including bags for medical and/or childcare needs. Small clutches/wallets (with or without a strap) that fit in the palm of the hand (no larger than 8” x 5” x 1”) and one (1)-gallon clear plastic bags are also permitted. Students may bring a hip pack sized bag that is attached to the body and/or wallets/clutches that fit in the palm of the hand.
Duke Stores merchandise bags with receipt showing game day purchase are permitted. Please note that all other restrictions on prohibited items still apply to Duke Stores purchases, including restrictions on artificial noisemakers, bags, balls, drink containers, laser pointers, selfie sticks, and other items.
Guests with permitted bags may use any lane in the screening area. Guests with clear bags containing medical and/or childcare needs are welcome to use the designated ADA lane located at each entrance. Signage and staff will be present to help direct guests to the ADA lane.
Credentialed staff with bags should use the designated credential screening areas at the side entrance of Rubenstein. Bags will be searched and tagged for entry into the stadium.
Banners and signs are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. However, per NCAA Guidelines, no banners or signs may be hung from railings, etc. in-venue during the championship. The NCAA and Duke University reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that can be considered an advertisement, obstructs the view of other guests, obscures championship signage, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate, or derogatory.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. NO cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are permitted into Cameron Indoor Stadium. Flash photography is not permitted at any time inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. Video cameras are not permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium for women’s basketball games. There shall be no filming of pregame, in-game or postgame activities on cellphones, iPads or any other electronic device.
The Duke Basketball Museum & Athletics Hall of Fame in the Schwartz-Butters Building will be open to the public on non-game days Monday – Saturday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

The Duke Basketball Museum & Athletics Hall of Fame and Rubenstein Lobby displays will be open to all ticket holders during games as part of Cameron Indoor Stadium. These areas will be open with stadium doors one (1) hour prior to tip-off. The Duke Basketball Museum & Athletics Hall of Fame can be accessed from the upper concourse behind Section 13.
Rubenstein will be closed to non-ticket holders Friday, March 17 – Monday, March 27.
Per NCAA Championship guidelines, every individual two (2) years of age or older must have a game ticket for admission to the First Four/First and Second Rounds. Children younger than two (2) years of age do not need a ticket provided that they sit on a lap of a ticketed adult.
A great variety of food items and Coca-Cola products are available from the concession stands located throughout Cameron Indoor Stadium, operated by Trident Concessions. Concession stands are located on the lower level in the North Lobby behind Section 18 and on the upper level in the Hall of Honor and behind Sections 2, 6, and 14. An accessible concessions window is located at the stand in the North Lobby. All concession stands accept credit/debit cards. Concession stands open when doors open to Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off.
Duke Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the game. We expect all guests to treat other guests, players, coaches, and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Cameron Indoor Stadium by not:
Guests should contact Duke Athletics staff or police officer if they feel someone is not acting appropriately. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. All guests’ purses, bags, and strollers are subject to search upon entering Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day. For more information on what is allowed in Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day, please see Prohibited Items section below in this guide.
Please read carefully below to identify the proper entrance into Cameron Indoor Stadium and note the entrance opening times and other information relative to that entrance.
During any emergency inside the stadium, follow the directions of the PA announcer, Duke Athletics staff, and emergency responders. Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the stadium to meet friends and family in case you get separated or in the event of an emergency.
Upon arriving at your seat location, first find the nearest exit and then locate an alternate exit in case of emergency:
If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or event staff.
Emergency vehicles may be present in and around the stadium. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of an emergency vehicle or interfere with any of their operations. Vehicles blocking emergency vehicles, exits, or traffic are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Please do not obstruct any exits or exit pathways.
Monitor the weather prior to the game. Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends should severe weather be encountered before, during, or after the game. In the event of severe weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate the stadium and return to your car. For more information, please see Severe Weather Procedures below.
All guests – game day staff, ticket guests, and Duke undergraduate and graduate/professional students – are subject to screening before entering Cameron Indoor Stadium. Walk-through metal detectors will be the primary means of screening. For guests who are unable to utilize a walk-through metal detector, hand held-metal detectors will be used with physical pat-downs as a final alternative option. These security measures are in addition to the bag checks that are currently conducted at the stadium. Any person who does not consent to screening will be denied entry into the stadium. For more information on what is allowed in Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day, please see the Prohibited Items section below in this guide.
Screening areas are located outside all entrances to Cameron Indoor Stadium associated game day spaces. Tickets or credentials are required to enter all game day areas and should be out and ready to be checked by event staff as guests approach the screening areas.
For first aid and emergency medical services, please visit the designated areas located in the southwest corner on the lower level between Sections 18 and 20 and on the upper level in the Hall of Honor behind Section 13. Emergency Medical Operations are staffed by Duke Life Flight, Durham County EMS and Duke EMS. AEDs are available in both locations. In case of emergency, please contact the nearest Event Staff or police officer for assistance or call Duke Police at 919-684-2444 or Durham Police at 9-1-1.
Outside food and beverage are prohibited. (Exceptions: Medical reasons, including pregnancy).
Duke University and Duke University Athletics are committed to promoting a safe environment for all game day guests. Guests are encouraged to make the right choice for their own safety and the safety of others around them.
Duke will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our extended community. We strongly encourage all individuals to be fully vaccinated before attending events on the Duke University campus. No proof of vaccination will be required for athletic events.

There is a lactation room (Room 102) located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner off of the south lobby.
Items found should be turned in to the nearest police officer or event staff. Items turned into police or event staff will be taken to the home player-guest ticket window in Rubenstein Pavilion. Guests trying to locate items on game day should contact the nearest staff member. In general, to inquire about lost items please contact Duke Game Operations at 919-668-5658 or email at duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed lost and found items will be retained for thirty (30) days following the event. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Be sure to show your NCAA Pride by purchasing officially-licensed NCAA souvenirs at the merchandise stand located at Section 13 on the upper concourse. The NCAA Merchandise stand will open when doors open to Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

All pets (including dogs) are prohibited inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. (Exception: Service animals are allowed to assist guests with disabilities).
Only credentialed staff, media, and photographers will be allowed on press row, in the media room, or in the upper booths. All media or photographers should apply for credentials by accessing the NCAA website at NCAA.com/media.
NCAA Championship Programs will be available for sale at merchandise stands at Section 13 and Section 5 on the concourse of Cameron Indoor Stadium. NCAA Championship Programs will also be available for sale inside the entrance at South Hall of Honor and Rubenstein.
For the safety and game day experience of all guests, the following items are prohibited from entering the stadium:
For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Cameron Indoor Stadium. Unattended bags/items found outside the stadium will be dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials, including but not limited to disposal. Duke University and Duke Athletics are not responsible for loss of any unattended items.
Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium. Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded. All guests are subject to search before entering the stadium.
Handheld radios and televisions are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium as long as they are not larger than 8” x 11” x 12” and do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests. For the comfort of those seated around you, headphones are required.
Guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. However, in case of emergency, exceptions may be made.
Restrooms in Cameron Indoor Stadium open when doors open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.
Men’s restrooms are located behind Sections 1 and 9 on the upper level and on the lower level behind Section 18 in the North Lobby and room 108 in the South Lobby.
Women's restrooms are located behind Sections 4, 6 and 12 on the upper level, on the lower level in the southwest corner between Sections 17 and 20 and in the South Lobby Room 107. All men's and women's restrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities.
Gender Neutral Accessible Family Restrooms: There are two gender neutral accessible family restrooms (Room 103T and Room 104T) located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner off the south lobby. The restroom is accessible for guests with disabilities, unisex and provides a changing table for families with small children.
A limited number of accessible seats are available for guests with disabilities in Cameron Indoor Stadium in Section 20 Row CC.
On game day, guests with accessible seating should enter at the Rubenstein Pavilion of Cameron Indoor Stadium (Wallace Wade Stadium side). Guests will be escorted by stadium staff to the appropriate seating area.
Duke University has partnered with KultureCity to make Cameron Indoor Stadium sensory inclusive. Sensory bags are available to borrow on game days at the Duke University Ticket Window in Rubenstein Pavilion. Items in the sensory bags include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools and verbal cue cards. Guests are asked to return bags to the Ticket Window prior to departure.
Duke University is a Tobacco-Free Campus, including game days in Cameron Indoor Stadium. The policy prohibits the use of all tobacco-based products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, chewing tobacco, snuff, and electronic smoking devices (including e-cigarettes, vaping products, and IQOS). Stadium lighting effects may be used on game day, including blackout and pulsating effects. Guests suffering from epilepsy or other visual light simulation effects are advised to see stadium medical staff in the Hall of Honor behind section 13 or in the southwest corner of the court between sections 17 and 20.

Tickets will be available on-sale to the general public by Tuesday, March 15 th at 11:00 AM through the Duke Ticket Office website at goduke.com/tickets. The Duke Ticket Office at the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center, located immediately adjacent to Cameron Indoor Stadium, is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and can be reached via phone at 919-681-BLUE. For Saturday or Sunday games, the Duke Ticket Office will be open one (1) hour prior to tip-off for general sales.
Please note that tickets for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship will be digital tickets that should be downloaded into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet prior to arriving at the stadium. For accommodations with printed tickets, please contact the Duke Ticket Office.
Umbrellas are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. For the courtesy and safety all guests we ask that umbrellas are not opened inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. Please store your umbrellas under your seat so as to not affect the guests sitting around you. Umbrellas should not be left outside of Cameron Indoor Stadium or in the concourses.
All game video footage rights are property of the NCAA. Video cameras and live streaming of game action are not permitted during the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship.
Wheelchairs and assistive devices are permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium. All general public entrances to Cameron Indoor Stadium are accessible. An elevator in Rubenstein Pavilion provides access to the lobby and upper concourse (behind Section 2). Guests in wheelchairs should contact the Duke Ticket Office to reserve accessible seating in Section 20 Row CC (see Seating for Guests with Disabilities information above). Other assistive devices (including walkers) may be stored under the bleachers on the lower level and just outside the section vomitory on the upper level concourse. These devices may not impede aisles, walkways, or section entrances. Please see Event Staff at the entrance to your seating section for assistance with any devices.
All tickets will be distributed electronically. Player/Guest ticket windows will be open in Rubenstein Pavilion starting 90 minutes prior to tip.
All Media Will Call will be located at the Credential Entrance located on the side of Rubenstein Pavilion. Credential Entrance will be open three (3) hours prior to tip-off.
