Please find below a list of disability services currently provided at Duke Softball Stadium. Prior to game day, please feel free to reach out to our disabilities coordinators at 919-668-6213 to help make arrangements for your visit or if you have any special needs, questions, or concerns regarding our accessibility and accommodations.
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Duke Softball Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
Assistive listening devices are available upon request. Guests who need an assistive listening device should contact the nearest Event Staff member for assistance.
There are no ATMs inside Duke Softball Stadium.
Backstop netting behind home plate extends to the end of both the home and visiting dugouts. Even with the netting in place, guests should be alert and aware of their surroundings at all times during warm-ups and the game. Bats and balls may enter the grandstand or lawn seating areas at any time.
All bags are permitted inside Morris Williams Stadium. All backpacks, duffel bags, and large bags will be inspected by Event Staff at entry to the facility.
For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Morris Williams Stadium. Unattended bags/items found outside the stadium will be dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials, including but not limited to disposal. Duke University, Duke Athletics, and the Atlantic Coast Conference are not responsible for loss of any unattended items.
Purses, small bags, strollers, and backpacks are permitted into Duke Softball Stadium. Duffel bags and large bags greater than 14” x 14” x 8” are not permitted (reasonable exceptions may be medical or childcare reasons). All bags and personal items are subject to search by Event Staff upon entry.
All bags will be inspected and searched prior to entering the stadium. Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium. Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded. There is no place to check or store prohibited items at the stadium.

Banners and signs are permitted inside Duke Softball Stadium. However, Duke reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other guests, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate, or derogatory.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are not permitted. Video cameras are permitted to be used during pre-game only. Video cameras are prohibited from filming the game.
Concessions stands, operated by Blue Devil Concessions, will be available for all regional games at Duke Softball Stadium. Stands are located on the stadium concourse on the 3rd base line and in the right field grass near the right field gate entrance. Concessions will now have to be bought through a cashless method.
Duke Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Duke Softball Stadium. Please throw away any trash and recycling in the appropriate receptacles.
All gates to Duke Softball Stadium will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the game. The accessible entrance to Duke Softball Stadium is located at the right field gate off of Brodie Gym Drive. Two (2) additional stairwell entrances are available behind home plate and on the 3rd base line.

Duke Game Operations will monitor the weather 24 hours a day and use the following policy:
If any article is lost or found in the stadium, please inquire about or report the item to the nearest Event Staff member. All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the game will be available for pick-up the next business day following home games by contacting the Duke Facilities and Game Operations office at 919-668-5658 or duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed lost and found items will be retained for thirty (30) days following the event. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Be sure to show your NCAA Pride by purchasing officially-licensed NCAA souvenirs at the Merchandise stand located on the 3rd base side of the concourse. The NCAA Merchandise stand opens when gates open to Duke Softball Stadium one (1) hour prior to first pitch. Merchandise will now have to be bought through a cashless method. The Johnson Family Team Store is located on West Campus in the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center (adjacent to Cameron Indoor Stadium). Store hours can be found at dukestores.duke.edu/hours.

Softball Parking and Traffic Information
Game day parking is available only in the designated university parking lots listed below. Please do not park in the Whole Foods or Shops at Erwin Mill parking lot as shopping centers will ticket & tow at the owner’s expense. There is no street parking in the neighborhood across the street from Duke Softball Stadium.
For Friday parking please plan park in the Smith Warehouse lot due to low capacity in other lots around the stadium because of regular business operations. There will be maps, signage and shuttles to help get you to the stadium.
All pets (including dogs) are prohibited from coming inside Duke Softball Stadium. (Exception: Service animals are allowed to assist those with disabilities. Emotional support dogs, therapy dogs, and companion dogs are not Service Animals as defined by the ADA and are not permitted inside our venues). This includes the outfield as it is a ticket area and considered within Duke Softball Stadium for NCAA events.
Only staff, media, broadcast and team videographers will be allowed into the press box. All media should contact the Duke Communication Director at least two (2) days prior to game day to reserve a space.
NCAA game programs are available for free as a digital program. Signs will be placed at the merchandise tent where QR codes can be scanned to access the game program.

Guests may leave and re-enter Duke Softball Stadium at any time with a valid ticket.
Restrooms at Duke Softball Stadium will open with stadium gates 60 minutes prior to the start of the game. Men’s and women’s accessible restrooms are located adjacent to the Duke Softball Stadium on the Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium concourse. An accessible gender neutral family restroom is available on the stadium concourse behind the press box – please give guests with disabilities in accessible seating areas priority access to this restroom. An additional gender neutral accessible family restroom is available on ground level behind the grandstand behind home plate.
All seating within the stadium is general admission seating. Grandstand seating is reserved for guests that have bought grandstand seating tickets. The grandstand seating is located behind home plate of the Duke Softball Stadium. Lawn seating areas are available along the 1st base line and outfield fenced in grass.
Accessible seating is available at the top of the grandstand on the 1st and 3rd base lines. Space is available for assistive devices.
Folding beach chairs and lawn chairs will be permitted inside the stadium for lawn seating in the outfield of Duke Softball Stadium.
Duke University Athletics welcomes trained Service Animals to our venues. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. A Service Animal must be under the control of the handler at all times. A service animal must be leashed or tethered unless doing so would interfere with the task that it was trained to perform for the individual with a disability. A service animal must not show aggression toward people or other animals. A service animal does not bark, growl, or whine unless trained to do so as a warning sign to the handler. A service animal does not solicit food or other items from the general public. A service animal’s work does not disrupt the normal course of business. Service Animals should wear current rabies vaccination tags at all times or provide proof of vaccination upon request. If a Service Animal is found in violation of these guidelines, the service animal will be excluded from the facility or event.
In North Carolina, Service Animals in Training have the same access rights as a Service Animal. The Service Animal in Training must wear a collar and leash, harness or cape that identifies it as a Service Animal in Training. Service Animals in Training should wear current rabies vaccination tags at all times or provide proof of vaccination upon request. The trainer is liable for any damage caused by the animal while on Duke property. Service Animals in Training must be under the control of the handler at all times, must be housebroken, and must follow all behavior guidelines established for fully trained Service Animals. If the Service Animal in Training is found in violation of these guidelines, the Service Animal in Training will be excluded from our venues.
