Blue Devils Stun Cardinals with Historic Comeback
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Down 23 points with 9:55 remaining in the game, No. 2 Duke never flinched. The Blue Devils chipped away and pulled off the second-biggest comeback in school history, stunning No. 16 Louisville, 71-69, on its home court Tuesday night.
An instant classic, Duke's "Louisville Larceny" kept the Blue Devils in sole possession of first place in the ACC, extended their winning streak to eight games, and kept their unblemished road record in tack.
Freshman Zion Williamson posted his 10th double-double, while classmate Cam Reddish was clutch down the stretch by hitting the tying three with 1:28 to go, and draining the go-ahead free throws in the final seconds.
