DURHAM, N.C. - Classes are in session and the weather is starting to turn. Across the nation, college basketball players are balancing classes and conditioning with an increased workload on the court.
Summer sessions, and the grueling work that comes with them on the court and in the weight room, are in the rearview mirrior.
Fall is a time for focus.
Episode 7: Frank Jackson
For those wondering what Frank Jackson would bring to the Blue Devils in 2016-17, notice was served in late March. One night after winning the slam dunk contest at the McDonald's All-American Game, he scored 19 points in the game to take home co-MVP honors.
The athletic guard from Alpine, Utah, has shown aggression and maturity beyond his years in practice this fall. His ability to to score from all three levels makes him a threat every time he touches the ball.
