Duke-USA Basketball Connection: Kyrie Irving
DURHAM -- It's hard to keep up with Kyrie Irving these days.
The first overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft, Irving has gone from freshman sensation at Duke, to NBA Rookie of the Year in the span of just over a year.
Most recently, Irving spent time alongside 2010 Duke national champion Lance Thomas in Las Vegas competing against the USA National Team as a member of the USA Select squad.
