DURHAM, N.C. - GoDuke.com sat down with freshman defensive end Justin Foxx on Wednesday to talk about the number he wore in high school and what other sport he played in high school.
Justin Foxx Q&A
GoDuke.com: Why Did You Choose Duke?
Justin Foxx: I thought it felt like home. I prayed about it and this is where god was leading me to go.
GD: Any Other Brothers or Sisters?
JF: I am an only child.
GD: What number did you wear in high school?
JF: No. 3 ... I wanted a single-digit number so I could look pretty. No. 92 is my new identity though and it looks good on me.
GD: What sport would you play besides football?
JF: Basketball. I was a good basketball player and was all-conference in high school. I played power forward but can play small forward or all over.
GD: What websites do you visit most?
JF: Facebook and CBS football.
GD: What do you like to do outside of football?
JF: I basically just like to sleep and eat. That is it.
GD: Who is your roommate this year?
JF: August Campbell.
GD: After football what job would you like to have?
JF: I want to work in sports ... maybe as a strength and conditioning coach or own my own business.
