You MUST have the Medical Form and Release (2 documents) completed and signed in order to participate. Those forms can be downloaded from our women's lacrosse site.
We will accept walk-ups for registration on Saturday.

Directions
From I-85 North
- Take NC 751 Exit to Duke University
- At the first traffic light, turn right onto NC 751/CAMERON BLVD.
- Follow NC 751 through Duke Forest
- At the 4th light, turn left onto SCIENCE DR.
- Continue to the 2nd right onto WHITFORD DRIVE.
- At the top of the hill, turn right into parking lot.
- The MURRAY ATHLETIC BUILDING will be at the end of the parking lot, adjacent to Koskinen Stadium.
From I-40 via 15-501
From 1-40 via N.C. 147/Durham Freeway
- Take NC 147/DURHAM FREEWAY-NORTH towards Durham
- Stay on for a while (5-6 miles?)
- Take the exit for 15-501 SOUTH towards Duke-West Campus
- Take your 2nd exit for NC 751/CAMERON BLVD.
- Turn left onto NC 751/CAMERON BLVD.
- At the 2nd light, turn left onto SCIENCE DR.
- Continue to the 2nd right onto WHITFORD DRIVE.
- At the top of the hill, turn right into parking lot.
- The MURRAY ATHLETIC BUILDING will be at the end of the parking lot, adjacent to Koskinen Stadium.
