2009-10: Threw a season-best 145-6 to come in second at the Wake Forest Open on Mar. 20 ... finished seventh at the ACC Championships, throwing 140-8.

2008-09: Won the javelin at the outdoor opening Wake Forest Open with a throw of 150-5, currently No. 3 all-time at Duke, and an NCAA Regional and ECAC qualifier ... also set the ECAC mark with her second-place throw of 140-feet at the Duke Invitational ... missed the remainder of the season due to injury.

2007-08: Won the javelin at the Penn Relays with a 147-3 mark ... finished fifth at the ACC Championships after throwing 140-8.
