2020-21 T&F: Competed in one event during the indoor season, taking 20th place in the 1000m with a time of 2:33.0 at the Hokie Invitational (1/22) ... Opened the outdoor season with a PR time in the 800m of 1:56.44 to finish in 58th place at the Raleigh Relays (3/27) ... Took home 10th in the 800m with a time of 1:56.02 at the Tobacco Road Challenge (4/10) ... Ran the 1500m for the first time, turning in a time of 3:58.62 to finish 11th at the Charlotte Invitational (4/23) ... Finished in 28th place in the 1500m with a time of 3:58.74 at Duke Twilight (5/3).

2020 XC: Clocked an 8K time of 26:32.9 in his lone meet of the season, the Wolfpack Invitational (10/7)

2019-20 T&F: Competed at two meets during the indoor season ... placed eighth in the men's 800m with a PR time of 1:56.84 at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/21) ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 XC: Ran in three races during the fall season ... opened the campaign with a personal-best 6K time of 19:47.0 at the Elon Opener (8/31) ... posted an 8K time of 25:29.7 that went in as a personal best at the Great American XC Festival (10/5).

2018-19 T&F: Participated in two events and four meets during the indoor campaign … finished sixth at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12) with a time of 2:02.23 … ran a PR best time of 1:58.63 in the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (1/12) … ran in the 800 for most of the outdoor season … earned sixth and clocked a personal best time of 1:57.22 at the Battle of the Blues (4/6).

2018 XC: Made his collegiate debut in the Elon Opener (8/31), posting a time of 20:40 in the 6K race as the Blue Devils earned a second-place team finish to begin the season … posted an 8K time of 27:25.1 at the Great American XC Festival (10/6), his second race of the fall campaign.

Prior to Duke: Attended Andover High School in Andover, Mass. ... posted a personal-best 800-meter time of 1:53.96…excelled in the 1,000-meters during his prep career, clocking a personal-best time of 2:30.57…finished third place in the 2017 Massachusetts Indoor Track and Field State Championships in the 1,000-meter and fourth place in the 2018 edition.
