DURHAM, N.C. – No. 14 Duke rowing returns home to co-host the annual Lake Wheeler Invitational with North Carolina. The Third Varsity Eight will open Friday's races at 9:30 a.m.
The Blue Devils will race five boats in 15 races throughout the two-day regatta. This year's field will feature 20 highly competitive teams, including seven ranked in the top 25 of the latest CRCA/Pocock Coaches Poll.
Duke and No. 21 North Carolina are set to welcome No. 13 Alabama, Boston College, Clemson, No. 25 Columbia, Georgetown, George Washington, High Point, Kansas, Lehigh, Louisville, No. 15 Miami, Navy, Old Dominion, No. 24 Oklahoma, SMU, Tulsa, Villanova, No. 8 Virginia and West Virginia.
