DURHAM, N.C. – Winners of 11 of their last 13 ballgames, Duke baseball returned to the national rankings on Monday morning, entering the top 25 for the first time since week three of the regular season.

D1Baseball tabbed the Blue Devils as the 20th-ranked team in the country, following a road series victory over No. 9 Clemson. The Blue Devils nearly swept the Tigers, putting the go-ahead runners on base in the ninth on Friday, before leveling the series with a 10-run inning on Saturday and taking the series on Sunday.Â

The Blue Devils return to the diamond on Tuesday evening, closing out the road slate with a midweek matchup at Liberty. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. from the Liberty Baseball Stadium.
