No. 14 Duke Set to Compete in Inaugural Rocky Top Invite

DURHAM, N.C. – No. 14 Duke rowing is set to compete in the inaugural Rocky Top Invite, hosted by No. 5 Tennessee, on Melton Hill Lake in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The Blue Devils' Third Varsity Eight will open the action Friday at 3 p.m.
The Blue Devils will race five boats against No. 5 Tennessee, No. 17 UCF, No. 20 North Carolina, Clemson and Minnesota over the two-day regatta.
Eleven heat races will take place Friday afternoon, starting at 2:30 p.m., with 11 finals races scheduled for Saturday morning, beginning at 9 a.m.
Duke opened its 2025 spring slate in strong fashion after sweeping all 10 races at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The Blue Devils raced five boats against No. 18 Notre Dame and host Louisville on Saturday before completing the sweep with five additional first place finishes against No. 15 Indiana on Sunday afternoon.
