Duke has enjoyed notable success at the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate, winning the event twice in 12 appearances, including last year when the Blue Devils captured the 2024 team title. Evans returns to Alpharetta as the defending individual champion, having earned medalist honors in 2024 with a 9-under-par 207 (67-69-71).
The Blue Devils enter the weekend on a high note after tying for second place at The Bryson Invitational on Oct. 15, posting a 23-under-par team score at Daniel Island Club's Ralston Creek course. Duke was led in that event by top-four individual finishes from Evans and Kim.
Kim, ranked No. 4 nationally in NCAA Division I by Scoreboard, has been in stellar form this fall. The junior owns a 69.00 scoring average through 12 rounds, carding 10 rounds under par and eight in the 60s. He's finished inside the top five in three of four tournaments this season, including medalist honors at the Bryan Bros Collegiate. Kim leads the Blue Devils with 52 birdies and three eagles.
Evans, ranked No. 24 in the PGA TOUR University standings, has posted a 70.42 stroke average and two top-five finishes this fall. The senior paces Duke with 146 pars through 12 rounds and will look to defend his individual title this weekend.
