DURHAM, N.C. – Due to inclement weather and field conditions, the exhibition between Duke and Coastal Carolina scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 10 at 7 p.m. in Conway, South Carolina, has been moved to 5 p.m. in Durham, N.C.
Duke men's soccer enters the 2024 season as the No. 20 team in the country, as United Soccer Coaches (USC) released its preseason rankings this week. The Blue Devils, led by head coach
John Kerr, are coming off an unbeaten home regular season slate, advancing to the NCAA Second Round en route to an overall record of 11-4-5 (4-3-1).
In the preseason poll, the Atlantic Coast Conference boasts 10 different teams including, Clemson (1), Notre Dame (2), Stanford (5), North Carolina (6), SMU (10), Virginia (13), Wake Forest (15), Duke (20), Louisville (24), and Syracuse (25).
Duke opens the 2024 campaign on the road on Aug. 22 and Aug. 25 against San Diego and UC San Diego respectively.
