A native of Wellesley, Mass., Gorman crafted an excellent run in January garnering an impressive 27-8 overall record. In that stretch, Gorman would tally a 19-5 record at the Philadelphia Invitational as a freshman to start her 2024 season.
In January, Gorman led the Blue Devils program to a 16-3 record. In that stretch, Duke defeated four Division I ranked opponents — No. 1 Princeton (16-11), No. 5 Northwestern (15-12), No. 8 Penn State (17-10) and No. 12 Yale (16-11). Individually, she went 3-0 against Northwestern and 2-1 against Princeton and Penn State.
At the Eric Sollee Invitational, Gorman notched an 8-1 record helping the team sweep all six opponents (6-0). Gorman also boasts a 72 percent win rate on the 2024 season adding to her already impressive resumé.
