DURHAM, N.C. ā Following 90 holes of golf at the LPGA Qualifying Series, the Duke women's golf tandem of
Yu Liu and
Ana Belac finished in the top 25 to earn their 2025 LPGA Tour card with Category 14 status.Ā

After leading the first three days of play, Liu concluded in tied for fifth overall with scores of 62, 67, 71, 69 and 73 for a 16-under, 342.Ā She earned $5,261 for her efforts on the week.Ā Belac started the final round in a tie for 30th, but carded a final round of 4-under, 68, to move into a tie for 21st with a 7-under, 351.Ā Over the five days, Belac shot rounds of 72, 73, 68, 70 and 68.Ā

Liu helped lead Duke to the 2014 NCAA Championship as a freshman and then turned professional.Ā She owns 18 career top-10 finishes on the LPGA Tour and $2,837,583 career earnings.Ā

Belac had previously earned her 2025 LPGA Card via the Epson Tour, but improved her status for 2025 with her tied for 21st finish this week.Ā A member of the 2019 NCAA Championship Duke squad, Belac returns to the LPGA after spending last season on the Epson Tour.Ā She owns two career top-10 finishes on the LPGA, including a career-best tied for fourth ledger at the 2021 Ascendent LPGA Benefiting Volunteers of America.Ā

Miranda Wang and
Gina Kim -- just missed the cut of the top 25.Ā Wang was one shot off the mark finishing tied for 27th with a 5-under, 353, while Kim was tied for 36th with a 4-under, 354.Ā

Wang also earned her 2025 LPGA Tour card via the Epson Tour for 2025, but was trying to improve her status like Belac.Ā

Kim will have full status on the Epson Tour in 2025.Ā
