QUOTE
"It was a solid outing for both programs this weekend in Raleigh. Our women flexed their muscle in all event areas, and we had numerous season bests and personal bests. What stood out was how competitive these women are, and I loved how they fought to win their heat, flight, or event.
Our men stepped up as well!
Robbie Otal won the men's discus and broke the school record in the process. The men's throwers are performing at a high level in all disciplines.
Max Forte also had a strong meet for the men with a winning jump in the long jump and the #3 all-time performance in Duke history. He topped that off with a very fast leg of the men's 4x400m relay. I'm excited to watch our men improve this outdoor season. " – Director of Track & Field and Cross Country
Shawn Wilbourn.
