QUOTES
"We are really proud of Jonah and the effort he put in, not only here at the NCAA Championships, but the season as a whole. He has represented what is best about Duke and that is being the total student-athlete. His work in the classroom as well as on the mat have been nothing short of impressive. Coach Lanham has built a program here at Duke off the simple fundamentals of being a student-athlete. If you look at the history of our program, those who embraced the fundamentals Coach Lanham has laid become successful, not only on the mat but in the classroom and the real world as well. Jonah has led our program from start to finish this year and we are looking for him to do the same for us next year." - Assistant Coach
