DURHAM - With the spring season just around the corner, the Duke women's lacrosse program shines its spotlight on its freshman class, continuing on with Bella Goodwin.
Over the course of her high school career, Goodwin collected 250 goals and 143 assists as an all-star midfielder. Most recently during her senior year, she was named New Jersey Midfielder of the Year.
As a 2022 US Lacrosse All-American and first team All-State selection, she collected 87 goals, 56 assists and 90 draw controls last season. As a sophomore, she added 52 goals, 31 assists and 72 draw controls as a first team All-Conference and third team All-State selection. She also lettered in basketball, soccer and field hockey and was a first team All-Conference selection during her junior year in basketball.
Goodwin joins seven other Blue Devils in the freshmen class.
