Opening Tip
- No. 16 Duke remains on the road Saturday to battle Boston College in the second of two regular-season meetings this season between the ACC foes.

- Behind 28 points combined from freshmen Mark Mitchell and Kyle Filipowski, the Blue Devils beat the Eagles, 75-59, at Cameron Indoor on Dec. 3.

- Young became the first Duke player all-time to record a 20-point double-double while not missing a shot, going 7-of-7 from the field and 6-of-6 at the free throw line. Only six other times in program history has a player scored 20 points on 100 percent shooting accuracy.
- Young enters the BC game having made 13 consecutive field goals over his last three games -- made his final two at Wake, was 7-of-7 vs. FSU and 4-of-4 at NC State.
- Young is shooting .766 from the field overall and .947 (18-of-19) in ACC.
- Four-time ACC Rookie of the Week Kyle Filipowski has scored in double figures 13 times in 15 games. The freshman leads the team in scoring (13.8) and rebounds (8.6).

- The Stewartsville, N.J.-native enters the BC game having made 13 consecutive field goals -- made final two at Wake, all seven vs. FSU and 4-of-4 at NC State.
- Since 1959-60, no Blue Devil has had a better field goal percentage over a season's first 15 games than Young's .766 (min. three attempts per game).
- Young is eighth nationally in KenPom's offensive rating metric (138.9), which leads the ACC.
- He is 27-of-32 (.844) at the free throw line this season and had a streak of 19 consecutive made free throws snapped at NC State.

- Duke has held 13 of the 15 opponents to below their season scoring average -- six scored their then-season low for points, including holding Iowa to a then-season-low 62 and Xavier to 64 (20 points below its average).
