Justin will travel across the ocean to join the Blue Devils from Seoul, South Korea. Born in Los Angeles, he comes to Durham from the Seoul Foreign School and swam for KWJ. A specialist in the free and breast strokes, Justin is a three-time MVP for his team.
He is the son of Ellen Kim and and Mike Woo.
