DURHAM – In the final regular-season tournament before the ACC Championship, the Duke men's golf team is set for the Stitch Intercollegiate, which begins Friday at Lonnie Poole Golf Club in Cary.
The two-day event features 36 holes of play on Friday with Saturday's final round of 18 holes on the 7,287-yard, par-72 course that is home to the NC State Wolfpack. NC State is hosting the 13-team event, which also includes ACC foe Notre Dame.
Friday's 36 holes of continuous plays begins at 8 a.m., and sees the Blue Devils paired with Georgia Southern and College of Charleston. The groups are off the first tee beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Chinn and Siebers are each fresh off top-10 finishes at the Valspar Collegiate as the Blue Devils posted a fourth-place team finish. Chinn fired a final-round 65 on his way to finishing fifth at 10-under 203, while Siebers bookended a pair of 70s around a career-low 64 Â to place sixth at 9-under 204.
Following the Stitch, Duke and NC State will square off in a match play event on April 15, the I-40 Cup, at the Carolina CC before the ACC Championship begins April 21 at Watersound Club in Panama City Beach, Fla.
