AS A GRAD STUDENT IN 2021-22

Competed in seven tournaments, playing a total of 20 rounds.
Recorded a scoring average of 77.
Shot a season best 69 in the 3rd round of the Turning Stone Tiger Intercollegiate.
Logged his best finish of the season at the same event, a T-22nd at 5-over (81, 71, 69).
Finished T-23rd at the Wolfpack Invitational (81, 72).

AS A SENIOR IN 2020-21

Competed in six tournaments for the Blue Devils and posted a career-best scoring average of 73.94.
Opened his season with a tie for 55th at the Camp Creek Seminole Invitational where he shot rounds of 79, 80 and 71 on his way to a 14-over 230.
Matched his season-best finish of tied for 33rd at the Valspar Collegiate at 5-over 218 (70, 70, 78).
Also finished tied for 33rd at the ACC Championship where he played steady golf with rounds of 74, 70 and 72 and posted a 6-over 216 -- his first career postseason action.
Was also in the lineup for the Blue Devils at the NCAA Noblesville Regional, where he finished tied for 63rd (77, 76, 78).

AS A JUNIOR IN 2019-20

Competed in three stroke play tournaments and three match play events during a season cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.
His season stroke average was 76.11.
Opened the year with a tie for 24th at the Rod Myers Invitational, shooting a 2-over 218 (76, 66, 76) on Duke's home course.
The second-round 66 marked the lowest round of his collegiate career.
Helped the Blue Devils with a 2-1 match play record at the Cypress Point Classic at Duke reached the championship match.
Went 2-0 in match play rounds in a dual meet versus Princeton.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2018-19

Competed in six tournaments and totaled 17 rounds.
Posted a 74.41 scoring average for the season.
His best finish was tied for 15th at the Stitch Intercollegiate where he opened with a 69 and finished at one-under 143 for the 36-hole tournament (69, 74).
Was tied for 25th at the Rod Myers Invitational where he posted a 3-over 219 (71-73-75).
Fired three consecutive rounds of even-par 71 at the Louisville Cardinal Challenge, finishing tied for 24th at even-par 213.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2017-18

Competed in three tournaments and totaled nine rounds.
Played to a scoring average of 74.33 for the season.
Made his collegiate debut at the Grandover Collegiate, where he finished tied for 41st at 14-over (79, 73, 78).
Posted his best finish of the season at the D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate, where he was tied for fourth after shooting a five-over 218 (74-71-73).

PRIOR TO DUKE

Earned All-America honors as a sophomore, junior and senior at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.
was the IMG Academy Most Valuable Player in 2013 and 2014.
Qualified for and played in the U.S. Open sectional stage in 2013.
Posted a top-25 finish in the 2013 Junior PGA Championship.
Won the Junior PGA Series at Penn State by seven strokes and also won the Junior PGA Series at Purdue.
Earned the Junior PGA Player of the Year honors as a junior in high school.
Participated in 2014 Wyndham Cup.
Won the 2014 Scott Robertson Memorial.
Cracked the top-20 AJGA Polo Rankings.

PERSONAL

Born Qi wen Wong on February 23, 1996 in Singapore.
Son of Laura Ng Kit Yee and Kok Hoi Wong.
Has three brothers, Qi zhi Wong, Qi Yang Wong and Qi Ming Wong.
Member of the National Honor Society as a junior and senior in high school where he garnered a 3.97 cumulative GPA.
