DURHAM – The ACC Network announced 12 women's lacrosse games will be broadcast on ACCN for the 2022 season as the Duke women's lacrosse team will be featured four times this spring.
The eighth-ranked Blue Devil women make their debut Thursday, March 10 against Pittsburgh in Koskinen Stadium before welcoming Louisville a week later on March 17. Duke's contest at Virginia Tech (April 7) and at No. 2 North Carolina (April 21) round out the ACCN coverage. All ACC Championship games will also be broadcast on ACCN.
Commentators Jay Alter, Drew Carter, Mike Monaco and Leah Secondo will handle play-by-play duties throughout the season. Analysis will be provided by Sheehan Stanwick-Burch, Dana Boyle and Rachel DeCecco.
- Sheehan Stanwick-Burch – returns as analyst for women's lacrosse; 2021 National Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee; four-time All-American at Georgetown, team captain in 2001; named National Attacker of the Year (2001) and was a finalist for the Tewaaraton Award in the same year
- Dana Boyle – member of Virginia women's lacrosse team from 2011-2014; named to All-ACC Team (2013), and a 2014 Final Four appearance
- Rachel DeCecco – 2019 US Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee; U.S. Women's National Team member (2003-08); only defender to be awarded the Tewaaraton Trophy (2003); three-time first-team All-American at Princeton (2001-03); two-time NCAA Champion and National Defender of the Year
In addition, ACCNX, ACCN's digital platform available on the ESPN App, will stream several men's and women's matchups throughout the season.
