O'Meara Tabbed PNC Achiever of the Week

DURHAM – Swimming and diving freshman Margo O'Meara has been named Duke's PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Week after being named the ACC Championship Diving MVP at the 2022 ACC Swimming and Diving Championships in Atlanta over the weekend.
O'Meara won two of the three collegiate diving events at the ACC Championships. She kicked off her week with a first-place finish in the one-meter diving (354.75) on Tuesday. On Saturday, she won the platform diving event with a career-high 324.95—the third highest in program history. O'Meara also placed fourth in three-meter diving (367.10) on Thursday.
The St. Louis, Mo., native became the fourth Blue Devil to earn Diving MVP honors, joining Olympians Abby Johnston and Nick McCrory and Evan Moretti.
