DURHAM - The Duke rowing team opens the 2022 fall slate at the Princeton 3-Mile Chase in Princeton, N.J on Sunday, Nov. 6.
 
This will be the Blue Devils eighth appearance at the Princeton Chase since 2011. Duke's last appearance at the regatta was in 2018 and resulted in three top-five finishes.
 
The team is set to race in the women's open 8+ in a field of 60 entrants from 16 different teams. 
Megan Lee, 
Lauren Sizemore and 
Caeley Tierney lead the Blue Devils as this year's captains.
Duke is led by head coach 
Megan Cooke Carcagno, in her eighth season at the helm of the program. 
Chase Graham and 
Kendall Schmidt remain as steady faces on the coaching staff and are joined by 
Micah Boyd, who returns as an assistant coach. Former Olympian and volunteer assistant coach 
Simon Carcagno is joined in 2022 by decorated Olympian 
Hamish Bond, who joins Duke as a volunteer coach this season.
