Scouting Longwood
- Longwood heads into the midweek game after a 1-1 weekend that featured a shootout loss to Kent State and a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Georgetown at home. This will be the third game in six days for the Lancers.                       Â
- Maroussia Walckiers leads the offense with six goals and three assists for 15 points. Sophia Loscher has three goals and nine points overall, while Floor Schouten has four goals. The Lancers are averaging 1.50 goals per game and allowing 2.50. Longwood earns nearly six penalty corners per game and gives up 6.38 per outing. In goal, Lara Van Nunen has played every minute in the cage for the Lancers and owns a 2.31 goals against average and a .664 save percentage. She is averaging 4.81 saves per game to rank 32nd nationally.

- Duke senior captain Hannah Miller continues to climb the Duke career scoring chart. With seven points two weekends ago, the veteran forward pushed her points total to 63 to rank tied for 26th. Her 23 career goals are tied for 25th in Duke history.
- Miller, playing back in the midfield at times this season, has dished a career-best nine assists. She is tied for second in the ACC in total assists and is second in assists per game (0.60). She is one of 29 players nationally to have at least nine helpers.

Senior All-Star Â
- Hannah Miller recently was named to the NFHCA Senior Team. Miller is one of 38 Division I seniors selected to the squad. All 10 Division I conferences and five NCAA regions that sponsor field hockey are represented on the list of 2022 honorees. The selected student-athletes were nominated by their NFHCA member coach and were chosen based on their career accomplishments.
