INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A future member and an alumnus of the Duke diving program concluded competition at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials over the weekend.
Incoming freshman Margo O'Meara competed in the finals of the 3-meter springboard and synchronized 3-meter springboard. O'Meara placed ninth in the 3-meter springboard with a score of 802.00. In the synchronized event, O'Meara paired up with club teammate Kristen Hayden to tally 764.10 points and place fifth in the event.
Duke alumnus Evan Moretti finished 11th in the 3-meter springboard finals, scoring a 1063.90. A 2019 graduate of Duke, Moretti was a three-time honorable mention All-American and four-time ACC Men's Diver of the Week while at Duke.
