DURHAM – The 21st-ranked Duke softball team hosts Campbell in its Senior Day home finale Wednesday evening at the Duke Softball Stadium. The midweek matchup is set to begin at 6 p.m.
Prior to first pitch, Duke will honor five seniors for their final home game. Live stats will be available and the contest will be broadcast on ACC Network Extra.

HISTORY WITH CAMPBELL
Wednesday's meeting will be the fourth all-time meeting between the two programs. The Blue Devils and Camels last met on Feb. 18, 2020, at the Duke Softball Stadium when Duke garnered a 15-7 victory in six innings. Duke had an explosive 10-run fifth frame, the most runs scored in a single inning in program history, to help end the contest early.
SCOUTING THE CAMELS
The Camels enter Wednesday's game with a 23-13 overall record and a 14-1 mark in Big South action. Duke and Campbell have a few similar opponents, including ACC foe Syracuse. Campbell is led by Destini England with a team-high .387 batting average, eight triples and 17 stolen bases, while Bri Bryant follows closely behind with a .375 clip and team-high 42 hits. The Camels' pitching staff, who combines for a 2.36 ERA, is spearheaded by Georgeanna Barefoot and Megan Richards.
SENIOR SEND-OFF
Prior to the start of Wednesday's game with Campbell, Duke softball will honor five seniors in Sydney Bolan, Kendyl Lange, Jazmine Moreno, Dominique Salinas and Raine Wilson. During their time as Blue Devils, the graduates helped build the program and compile a 111-72 overall record.

Duke moved to No. 19 in the latest RPI while improving to No. 20 in Softball America, No. 21 in USA Today/NFCA Division I Top 25 Coaches Poll, No. 21 in ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 and No. 23 in D1Softball.
BREAKIN' RECORDS
In the program's first series win and sweep over North Carolina, Duke broke numerous season records, including the records for RBIs (186), runs scored (207) and double plays (14) – records all set during the 2019 season. Duke has tallied 198 RBIs, 231 runs and 15 double plays this year.
UP NEXT
The Blue Devils close out the regular season with their final ACC series on the road at NC State, May 7-9, at the Dail Softball Stadium in Raleigh.
