DURHAM, N.C. – The No. 15 Duke field hockey team hosts No. 3 Louisville in its final home contest of the 2020-21 campaign on Saturday afternoon at Williams Field at Jack Katz Stadium. Prior to the 1 p.m. start, the Blue Devils will honor their four seniors.

HISTORY WITH THE CARDINALS
Duke holds the edge in the all-time series, 11-6, while Louisville has won the last three meetings. When playing on its home turf in Durham, Duke is 5-1. The Blue Devils opened their fall slate at Louisville, dropping the first two games (3-0 and 3-1) of their season-opening weekend.

SCOUTING LOUISVILLE
Louisville jumped two spots to No. 3 in the latest NFHCA rankings as the Cardinals enter the weekend with a 12-4 overall record and a 2-2 mark in ACC play this spring. The Cardinals claimed the fall regular season title and came up just short, 4-2, to North Carolina in the ACC Championship game. Senior Mercedes Pastor paces Louisville's offense with 27 goals from 11 goals and five assists while redshirt sophomore Sam Minrath has started every spring game in the cage with a 0.94 goals against average and 19 saves.

The Blue Devils will honor their four graduates on Saturday, including graduate student
Eva Nunnink and seniors
Lexi Davidson,
Lily Posternak and
Libby Thompson. Throughout their time in a Duke uniform, they've helped the Blue Devils to a 49-29 overall record and three trips to the NCAA Tournament.
