GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Duke swimming and diving program concluded the second day of the Women's ACC Championships Thursday evening at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.
Seven Blue Devils reached finals after competing in the morning preliminaries, including a 'B' Final appearance in the 200 individual medley.
In the diving championships, Duke saw junior
Maddi Pullinger and senior
Ellie Winslow reach the finals in the one-meter event. In the final, Pullinger placed sixth with a score of 288.60. Winslow dove a career-best 280.60 in the morning preliminaries, the 10th-highest score in program history.
Freshman
Seamus Harding Jr., was the top Duke men's diver in the three-meter preliminaries with a score of 313.50.

Kayle Park and junior
Cabell Whitlow all reached finals in the 200 individual medley. Foley led the side with a career-best 1:57.03 to place second in the 'B' Final. With the time, she improved her second-place standing in program history in the event. Whitlow and Park represented Duke in the 'C' Final, recording times of 1:59.98 and 2:00.88, respectively.
Freshman
Catherine Purnell represented Duke in the 500 freestyle finals, making the bonus final with a time of 4:49.97.
In the 50 freestyle, junior
Shayna Hollander was Duke's lone competitor in the finals. She clocked a 22.89 in the 'C' Final.
Two additional Blue Devils swam career-best times in the morning preliminaries. Sophomore
Olivia Tighe and freshman
Catherine Belyakov recorded career-best times in the 50 free (23.63) and the 200 IM (2:02.16), respectively.
Duke capped off the evening in the 200 freestyle relay. Sophomore

Shayna Hollander placed eighth in the event, touching in 1:30.85.
Up next, the Blue Devils will compete in the women's platform diving, 100 butterfly, 400 individual medley, 200 freestyle, 100 breaststroke, 100 backstroke and 400 medley relay on Friday at the championships. Evening action will begin at 7 p.m. in Greensboro, N.C.
