2019 – Rowing – The Blue Devils had a historic day at the ACC Championship in Clemson, S.C., finishing second with 90 total points in addition to a number of individual honors. Four boats garnered silver medals on the day, which marked the most by a Duke team at one ACC Championship, but the biggest highlight came in the varsity-4 race, where the Blue Devils captured their first ACC gold medal in program history. Tara Christensen (bow), finished at 7:22.30, nearly five seconds faster than second-place Syracuse. Individually,
Isabel Ruby-Hill and
Sophie Simister earned All-ACC First Team honors, while
Tara Fagan received All-ACC Second Team. Shunk was named the ACC Freshman of the Year, becoming the first Blue Devil rower to earn the recognition since 2013.
Megan Cooke Carcagno rounded out the individual honors in being awarded ACC Coach of the Year for the second time in her tenure at Duke (2016).
1997 - Men's Lacrosse - In front of 9,011 fans at Byrd Stadium on the campus of the University of Maryland, fifth-seeded Duke upended No. 4 seed Johns Hopkins 12-11 in overtime to advance to the NCAA semifinal for the first time in program history. It marked just the fifth time Johns Hopkins had not advanced to the semifinals since the tournament began in 1972. With first-team All-American midfielder Jim Gonnella leading the offense throughout the year, Scott Diggs led the Blue Devils with four goals on this particular day.

2013 - Men's Lacrosse - Senior captain David Lawson tallied a career-high five goals to lead Duke to a thrilling 12-11 comeback victory over No. 2 seed Notre Dame in front of 7,749 fans at Lucas Oil Stadium. The win launches Duke to its seventh straight championship weekend appearance. Duke scored the game's final three goals to rally from an 11-9 deficit in the fourth quarter with all three goals coming from different players. Duke held Notre Dame without a goal for the final 9:29 of the game.

2005 - Women's Golf - The Blue Devils claimed the 2005 NCAA Championship with rounds of 292, 303, 278 and 297 for a four-day total of 1170 in Sunriver, Ore. Anna Grzebien won the NCAA individual title with rounds of 73, 75, 65 and 73 for a two-over, 286. It marked the third NCAA team title and third NCAA individual crown for the Blue Devils.
2009 - Women's Tennis - Duke women's tennis seniors Melissa Mang and Jessi Robinson earned singles victories within minutes of each other to lead the No. 3 Blue Devils to a 4-0 sweep of No. 8 California in the NCAA Women's Tennis National Championship match. Duke captured its first national title in women's tennis and 10th overall national trophy in school history.
2018 - Men's Lacrosse - Senior attackman Justin Guterding scored three times to become the NCAA's all-time leader in goals as fourth-seeded Duke posted a 14-9 victory over fifth-seeded Johns Hopkins as 13,047 spectators looked on at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md. The win pushed the Blue Devils to Championship Weekend for a ninth time in the previous 12 seasons. Guterding enjoyed a record-breaking day against the Blue Jays as his third tally of the game pushed his career total to 207, eclipsing the previous NCAA record of 206 set by former Duke standout Zack Greer. In addition, the goal marked Guterding's 104th point of 2018 to set the Duke single-season scoring record, bettering Jordan Wolf's 103-point campaign in 2014.

2019 - Women's Golf – After earning the No. 2 seed in match play following rounds of 305, 281 and 304 for a 54-hole total of 890, Duke knocked off Stanford (3-2), Arizona (3-2) and Wake Forest (3-2) in match play to claim the seventh NCAA Championship in school history at The Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Ark.
1999 - Women's Golf - With rounds of 288, 309 and 298 for a 54-hole ledger of 895, Duke claimed the 1999 NCAA Championship. The title was the first for any women's sports at Duke. The Blue Devils held an eight-stroke lead after day three and with the final round rained out Duke was crowned the team champion.

2014 - Women's Golf - The Blue Devils won the 2014 NCAA Championship with rounds of 293, 285, 278 and 274 for a total of 1130. It marked the sixth NCAA title in school history and the second at the Tulsa Country Club as Duke won the 1999 team crown as well in Tulsa, Okla.
2016 - Women's Golf - Virginia Elena Carta won the 2016 NCAA Individual Championship with rounds of 69, 68, 66 and 69 for a NCAA-record 16-under, 272. She became the fourth NCAA individual champion for the Blue Devils in record fashion in Eugene, Ore.
May 24
2002 - Women's Golf - Duke won the 2002 NCAA Championship with rounds of 294, 293, 290 and 287 for a 72-hole ledger of 1164. Virada Nirapathpongporn won the individual title with rounds of 68, 69, 70 and 72 for a nine-under-par, 279. It marked the first time in school history Duke won both the team and individual crowns in the same season.
2016 - Women's Golf - Duke knocked off third-seeded Southern California, 4-1, in match play to advance to the 2016 NCAA Final Four. It marked the second straight year the Blue Devils reached the NCAA Final Four in match play. Â
