Three-time national champion head coach
John Danowski and Duke's Director of Sport Psychology and Leadership Program Greg Dale will be hosting a Zoom Meeting Thursday night at 9 pm ET. It will be the first in a series of weekly meetings where there will be interactive discussions on all things coaching.

Coaches of all sports at all levels will find the discussion relevant and it is open to all coaches. The resumes of Danowski and Dale have too many accomplishments and honors to list. The pair is at the top of their respective fields and have insight to everything from developing leadership, creating bonds, and Xs and Os.
Danowski, the winningest coach in Division I lacrosse history, is widely considered one of the best to coach the sport. He has three national titles to his name and owns a 418-201 record. He is one of two
Division I coaches and four across all three divisions to reach the 400-win mark in their careers.
He has mentored 98 All-Americans, 135 All-Conference selections and 17 conference MVPs during his 38 seasons as a coach. He was one win shy of 200 at Duke when the season came to a halt in March.
Dale, a native of Troy, Texas, provides leadership training for athletes, coaches and administrators within the department through various educational programs. He also is a professor of sport psychology and sport ethics in the Department of Health, Wellness and Physical Education.
Widely renowned for his success in leadership training, Dale has written four books on leadership, coaching, parent and performance and serves as a consultant to numerous athletic and corporate organizations around the world.
