Blue Devils Close Out Fall Ball with Three Games
DURHAM, N.C.—The Duke women's lacrosse team closes out its fall season with the annual Duke Fall Invitational on Cohan Fields. The Blue Devils welcome six other teams to Durham for a full day of lacrosse with games from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The game also will serve as a HEADStrong fundraising effort for a member of the lacrosse community recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

- The Cohan Fields are located along Bassett Drive – 148 Bassett Drive, Durham, NC 27708
- Parking for Saturday's event will be available in the jogging trail lot on NC 751/Cameron Blvd. Tailgating is permitted. The lot will be open at 7 a.m. and will be free until 2 p.m. After 2 p.m., it will be $10 cash due to the men's basketball game at 7 p.m. Vehicles should be moved by 4 p.m., to allow for men's basketball gameday parking.
- General public parking for those with disabilities is available on Frank Bassett Drive at the above address.
- Saturday's event has a special cause as the HEADStrong Foundation looks to raise money to support one of the lacrosse community's own in Gretta Ehret. The 32-year old coach of field hockey and lacrosse in the Philadelphia area was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.
- The tight-knit lacrosse community will rally around Ehret and Duke and all the teams attending the invitational will join the efforts and there will be a table set up with iPads along with pictures of Ehret and her story. Spectators will be able to donate electronically via Duke's team fundraising page.
