The 13th-ranked Duke women's basketball team (8-2) will close a two-game homestand Thursday, Dec. 17 as the Blue Devils will host Liberty (3-6) at 7:00 p.m., in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Thursday's contest will be aired live on Blue Devil Network+ and also carried on the Blue Devil IMG Sports Network on WDNC 620 AM, 99.3 FM, 96.5 FM and www.GoDuke.com with Steve Barnes (PXP) and Morgan Patrick (Color) on the air.
It will mark the second game in a stretch of three contests in a span of seven days for the Blue Devils.
What is Next?... Duke will play its final contest before heading home for the holidays as the Blue Devils travel to Lexington, Ky., Dec. 20 to face eighth-ranked Kentucky at 7 p.m. The game will be aired live on the SEC Network.
Storylines/Other Blue Devil Notes... • Duke enters Thursday winners of 148 straight contests at home against unranked opponents, while also holding a 77-game winning streak at home against unranked non-conference foes.

Azurá Stevens has pulled down an ACC-best 42 offensive rebounds on the year, along with a league-high 58 defensive boards. Her 32 points (tied), 16 rebounds and eight blocks are ACC bests on the season.
• In the eight games won by the Blue Devils, the squad has averaged 45.9 rebounds and a 14.4 rebounding margin. In the two losses, Duke has averaged 40.0 rebounds and a -6.0 margin.

Azurá Stevens currently ranks fifth nationally in double-doubles (6), 26th in blocks (2.6), 46th in field goal percentage (55.3), 36th in rebounds (10.0) and 37th in points per game (19.3). Her 78 field goals made ranks 10th nationally.

Rebecca Greenwell had a 16-game streak with at least one three-pointer made come to an end at South Carolina as she went 0-of-2. She leads the team with 21 treys made.

Angela Salvadores currently ranks 12th in the ACC with a 3.7 assist per game average. It is the second-highest among rookies in the league.
• After opening the season with three straight games with 20 or more turnovers, Duke has gone four consecutive contests with 16 or fewer giveaways.

A Look at Liberty... Liberty enters Thursday's ledger with a 3-6 overall record. The Lady Flames have lost six out of their last seven contests under the direction of head coach Carey Green.
Ashley Rininger (14.3 points, 7.8 rebounds), Mickayla Sanders (12.0 points) and Sadalia Ellis (11.8 points) have led Liberty on the season.
So far the year, the Lady Flames have totaled a 1-2 record in games played on the road.
The Series with Liberty... Duke looks to continue its past success against Liberty as the Lady Flames visit Durham Thursday. The Devils hold a 3-0 record against Liberty, but this will be the first meeting since 2004. Duke owns a 2-0 mark in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
In their three previous meetings, Duke has won by an average margin of 32.7 points.
Blue Devils at Home... Duke has totaled a 4-1 record in games played at home this season.
In those contests, the Blue Devils have averaged 74.0 points and hit 45.5 percent of their field goals. Duke is averaging 5.0 made three-pointers in Cameron this season.
Azurá Stevens is putting up some monster numbers in five home contests averaging 22.4 points, 13.0 rebounds, 3.2 blocks, 1.8 steals and 1.6 assists. She is hitting 56.4 percent of her field goals.
Rebecca Greenwell has hit 13-of-35 treys and averaged 16.2 points a game at home. She has hit 50.0 percent of her field goals.

Joanne P. McCallie continues to show Duke has eight or more players that can start a game. McCallie used her sixth different starting lineup against UMass as rookies

Belton Makes Impact... In her first collegiate start versus UMass,
Lyneé Belton came up big matching a career high with 10 points along with pulling down a season-high six rebounds in 24 minutes.
She made her season debut against Army Nov. 22 as she saw action in 10 minutes, while collecting four points and one rebound. She hit 2-of-3 field goals.
Belton had been recovering from a torn ACL suffered Dec. 17, 2014 versus Oklahoma.
Tough Against the Trey... Over the last four games, the Duke defense has held opponents to only 18-of-115 from downtown for only a 15.7 percentage.
The Blue Devils now rank second in the ACC with a 22.4 three-point field goal percentage defense. Duke allowed 19 treys against Army and Idaho, but in the last four contests have allowed only 18.
High-Scoring Tandem... Duke owns the highest scoring tandem in the ACC with
Rebecca Greenwell (13.3) and
Azurá Stevens (19.3) combining for 32.6 points a game.
