He broke the previous record set by Clemson's I.M. Ibrahim. Under Rennie, Duke has also recorded 89 wins against conference opponents, which is one win shy of the all-time mark of 90 also set by Ibrahim. He will have a chance to tie that mark on Sunday, Oct. 15 at N.C. State. Rennie's 433 wins as a head coach place him sixth all-time among Division I coaches. Immediately ahead of Rennie is Jack Mackenzie who won 436 games in his career at Quincy University.
