DALLAS, TEXAS (February 4) -- Duke's No. 31 ranked Kathy Sell advanced to the round of 16 but fell on Friday to No. 7 ranked Celeste Frey of Mississippi (6-4, 3-6, 1-6) on Thursday in the 2000 Rolex National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships at Brookhaven Country Club.
Megan Miller of Duke was taking on Ivona Mihailova of Mississippi in consolation singles play on Friday evening, but the results were not available.
The doubles team of Sell and Miller fell to Lindsay Blau and Michelle Gough of Arizona on Thursday evening 3-6, 3-6 in the round of 16.
