A young golfer who has shown signs of great promise...a walk-on last year [1987-88]... entered just two tournaments for Duke, both last spring [1988]...played as an individual at the Duke Invitational and at the Lady Paladin...scored a 245 at Duke and 253 at Lady Paladin...low round was a 80 at Duke on final day...has won numerous Latin American tournaments but lacks U.S. exposure.
