Prior to Duke: Four-year letterwinner in track & field at North Kingstown High School in North Kingstown, R.I., under coach Charlie Breagy…earned All-America status at the 2014 New Balance Outdoor Nationals after helping North Kingstown’s 4x800 finish third with a time of 7:37.62, setting the Rhode Island state record in the process…throughout high school indoor and outdoor track & field and cross country careers, earned a number of all-division, all-state and all-class honors from the Rhode Island Interscholastic League (RIIL) in multiple events, including the indoor 600, 1,000, 4x200 and 4x400 and the outdoor 800, 4x400 and 4x800…as a junior, captured the gold medal in the 800 at the Rhode Island Track and Field Coaches Association (RITCA) East Coast Championship meet…served as the vice president for North Kingstown’s student council…member of the Spanish Honor Society and the Rhode Island Honor Society…executive member for the RIIL Athlete Advisor Board…served as an instructor for the RIIL Student Sport Leaders Workshop…participated in the New England Student Leadership Conference.

Personal: Son of Robert and Susan Craven…born Dec. 18, 1996 in Providence, R.I….has one brother, Robert, Jr….brother, Robert, currently runs track at George Washington University (2012-present).
