Junior: Recorded Duke’s top times outdoors in both the 5000 and 10,000 meter events, scoring at the ACC Championships in the latter with a clocking of 31:33.68 in his only 25-lap effort ... In the 5000m Daly captured the Wake Forest Open in March, ran Duke’s fastest time at the Duke Invitational in April and was again top-finisher for the Blue Devils in May’s Duke Twilight 5000m ... In the fall, Daly was a key member of Duke’s first ever IC4A Championship team, running 3rd-man for the Blue Devils and placing 23rd overall to earn All-East honors in cross country ... Daly was also a top finisher for Duke all season long as Duke placed 5th in the ACC meet and 4th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship ...

Sophomore: Broke into the sub-31:00 club for the 10,000m when he lowered his personal best to 30:56.62 at the IC4A Championships to place 19th in that event ... to earn his second straight trip to the IC4A 10K, Daly first lowered his PB to 31:15.05 at the ACC Championship in Tallahassee, placing 10th for Duke in his only other outdoor race ... redshirted the entire indoor season in 2005 after a successful cross country campaign in which he ran 5th-man for Duke most of the fall ...

Freshman: Consistently ran in Duke’s top seven during cross country season ... best finish of the fall was 16th at the Lou Onesty Invitational with a time of 25:24.8 ... competed in the 3k and 5k during the indoor season and was an IC4A qualifer in the 10k during the outdoor season ...
