2007: Slated to compete for starting slot at the weak side linebacker slot ... solid special teams contributor ... made the switch to defense in the spring of 2006 following two seasons in the offensive backfield.

2006: In his first season at linebacker, played in all 12 games ... saw playing time on both defense and special teams ... racked up 18 tackles including a career-high three against both Navy and Georgia Tech ... led Duke and ranked tied for fifth in the ACC with 10 special teams tackles ... played 233 total snaps on the year.
