Lakia Marshall joined the Duke athletics staff in May, 2024 and serves the coordinator of business operations and assistant to the head coach.
Prior to joining the football staff, Marshall had worked with the Duke Alumni team for nearly a year as a staff specialist. There, she provided administrative support for regional directors and assisted with preparation for, and staffing of, large, campus-based events such as homecoming and reunions.
Marshall had also spent time working for Duke University Hospital as an administrative assistant from 2021-23.
She graduated from North Carolina Greensboro with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in December, 2021.
