Joe Loosemore joined the Duke staff in January, 2024 and serves as the director of football coaching technology.
Prior to his time in Durham, Loosemore spent five years at Penn State University (2019-20-21-22-23) as the assistant director of video. He managed a team of 14 students, created content for recruiting and team meeting and assisted the video director in managing all football technology.
He arrived in State College after two seasons as Elon’s video coordinator (2017-18) and a year stint as the video coordinator at Austin Peay State University (2016). While at Elon, Loosemore was named the College Sports Video Association Video Coordinator of the Year for the 2018 season.
Loosemore graduated from Western Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in sport management in August, 2016. While pursuing his degree, he served as a video coordinator and assistant director of football operations for the Catamounts.
