Aiden Fissel joined the Duke Football staff in January, 2024 and serves as an assistant director of football operations.
Prior to his time in Durham, Fissel was a part of the Penn State University staff for three seasons (2021-22-23). His first year (2021) he served as a student video and coaching technology manager before adding football operations assistant duties his final two campaigns (2022-23).
As a member of the football operations group at Penn State, Fissel aided in facility upkeep and renovation projects and team bowl itineraries for the 2023 Rose Bowl and Peach Bowl. He also helped design the victory ring for the 2023 Rose Bowl and Peach Bowl.
Fissel graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship in December, 2023.
