Will Cole joined the Duke Athletics staff in August of 2017 and serves as the Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Development. In his current role, Cole coordinates the department's community service efforts and also engages with local organizations to connect with Blue Devil student-athletes.

A native of Oxford, Miss., Cole lettered two seasons as a member of the Ole Miss football program before graduating in 2010 with a degree in mathematics. He then earned a master’s degree in teaching from Duke University in 2011 and served six years as a teacher at Northern Durham (N.C.) High School.
