Morgan Hersh joined the Duke Football staff in May of 2019 and serves as the program’s Football Operations & Player Development Coordinator.
In 2019, Hersh participated in the NFL Women’s Careers in Football Forum held in Indianapolis, Ind. She also completed an internship in Community Relations with the NFL’s New York Giants in 2018.
A native of Short Hills, N.J., Hersh graduated from Duke in 2019 with a degree in sociology, a minor in education, along with a certificate in markets and management studies. She earned a Master of Management Studies degree from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business in 2020 and currently is enrolled in Fuqua’s MBA program.
As an undergraduate at Duke, Hersh served four seasons as a student manager with the Blue Devil football program, and worked as the Assistant to the Chief of Staff over her final two years.
